Casa Almendra – 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom – Beachfront House with casita
Description – Casa Almendra is a newly renovated 4 bedroom beachfront house (plus casita) with large pool and arguably the best view of Colorados beach break. The house is located on the beach directly in front of the world class beach break Colorados and just a 15 minute walk from Panga Drops surf break and is just 50 yards (1 minute walk) from the community beach club, pool, restaurant and bar. No expense has been spared in its recent renovation. This house is complete with gorgeous luxury finishings, high end custom furniture, a large pool with shallow area for kids, spacious 2nd floor balcony and even a 3rd story star gazing/sunset deck. The house has a master bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds (that can be united to make a king bed), private bathroom, direct access to a large balcony and unobstructed ocean views. There are 3 more bedrooms downstairs each with 2 twin beds (that can be united to make a king bed). One bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms have a/c including the living area and there is wireless internet, Claro TV and a backup generator for the house that runs everything including a/c units in the case of a power outage.
For larger groups, there is a separate casita/studio just 20 meters from the main house that can be rented at an additional cost. The casita is fully equipped with a loft with a queen bed and hanging catamaran net, kitchenette, private bathroom, WiFi internet, projector TV and private entrance. Can sleep 2 people max.
Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 10 people The main house has 4 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (that can be united to make a comfy king bed). Two of the rooms have private bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The additional casita has a queen bed and can sleep 2 people.
Rates– (Daily cleaning included)
- Surf Season 2020 – March through September: $479/night for up to 4p and $31/night for each additional person, 5 night minimum
- Low Season – October 2020 to February 2021 – $428/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 4 night minimum
- Thanksgiving 2020: $551/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 7 night minimum
- Holidays (Easter, Christmas and New Years: $618/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 7 night minimum
- CASITA: $90/night for up to 2 people (All year except holidays) – see photos at bottom of page
- CASITA HOLIDAY: $135/night for up to 2 people
***The standard payment processing fees for a guest using a US PayPal account (3%) is included in our rental rates above. On the online booking form you will see it broken down as our base rate plus the 3% service fee (which is the payment processing fee). Please note that if you will be paying through a non US PayPal account we ask that you pay the additional transaction fees associated in cash upon arrival. They will likely be around 2% of the rental fee.
