Casa Colorados is a 5000+ sq foot, beachfront, luxury estate, with 4 bedrooms/5 baths and a killer pool looking out at the world class surf break, Playa Colorado. The house comfortably sleeps 8+ people with 3 master suites, 1 guest room, an additional game room that can also be used as a bedroom as well as 2 additional super sized, fold out couches in the living room. The main Master Suite is on the first floor with a king bed and luxury bathroom. The other two master suites are on the second floor facing the ocean, one contains a king bed and the other two twins (that can be converted to a king bed). Both of these master suites also contain their own end suites, one with an additional convertible queen futon and another with an optional inflatable mattress. The fourth guest room is on the first floor next to the master and has an additional two twin beds (that can be converted to a king bed). The game room also has additional sleeping quarters with a queen fold-out and a single fold-out. All rooms have their own bathrooms and walk in closets with mahogany closet organizers. The home can easily accommodate larger groups and is perfect for multiple families. The house is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, separate A/C in each room, large plasma TVs, 7.1 Dolby surround sound home theater, outside music, propane BBQ grill, ping pong table, high speed internet, back-up generator, boogie boards, a 8′ soft top surfboards, board games and books. There is an Amazon stick that’s unlocked to receive all sports channels, movies, etc. by clicking Radiocity App. You will need your personal accounts to log in and explore other Apps such as Netflix, Amazon Music, Amazon Videos, Youtube, etc.

There is also a great yoga/hammock palapa on the side of the house. The house also has 3 employees who are there to make your stay more comfortable, a full time housekeeper, a night guard and a pool cleaner/gardener.

Rates– (Daily cleaning included)

Surf Season 2020 – March through September: $541/night for up to 6p and $52/night for each additional person, 5 night minimum
Low Season – October 2020 through February 2021: $490/night for up to 6 people and $31/night for each additional person, 5 night minimum
Semana Santa 2020: $900/night for up to 6 people and $52/night for each additional person, 5 night minimum
Holidays 2020 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and Easter) Dec 20th – Jan 3rd: $721/night for up to 6 people and $52/night for each additional person, 7 night minimum

Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).

***The standard payment processing fees for a guest using a US PayPal account (3%) is included in our rental rates above. On the online booking form you will see it broken down as our base rate plus the 3% service fee (which is the payment processing fee). Please note that if you will be paying through a non US PayPal account we ask that you pay the additional transaction fees associated in cash upon arrival. They will likely be around 2% of the rental fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period will be fully refunded less a $350 administration fee. Cancellations made thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period forfeit 40% of the Deposit plus a $350 administrative fee. Cancellations thirty (30) days or less from the beginning of the rental period forfeit all of the deposit. For any cancellation, if Iguana Surf Rentals is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee then the deposit will be fully refunded less a $350 administrative fee.
