Casa Panga Drops
Spacious, 4500 square foot, four bedroom house located on the beach directly in front of one of the most consistent, horse-shoe shaped reef/rock breaks in Nicaragua, Panga Drops. Literally steps from Panga Drops and a 15 minute walk down the beach from the world class beach break, Colorados, as well as the community beach club, restaurant, bar and pool. The house has 3 large bedrooms (2 upstairs and one downstairs) and a studio with separate kitchenette downstairs for a total of 4 bedrooms along with large upstairs and downstairs covered patios, a killer beachfront pool, sunset viewing patio and tropical courtyard with hammocks and small propane grill. The master and guest bedroom upstairs share a large 2nd story patio that also has guest access to it (not through the bedrooms) with views out to the Los Perros headland and Panga Drops surfbreak. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds, the downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds (that can be united with comfy mattress pad to make a king bed) and the studio apartment has 2 twin beds (that can be united with comfy mattress pad to make a king bed). All bedrooms have ocean views, a private bathroom and closet. The house if fully equipped with a/c in all rooms, including the living area, 55 inch flat screen tv, wireless internet, Claro TV, a safe for valuables, outdoor shower and a back up generator that automatically powers everything in the house (including a/c) in case of a power outage.
Sleeping Arrangements- Can sleep up to 8 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the upstairs 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds (or king) in the downstairs 3rd bedroom and 2 twin beds (or king) in the downstairs studio apartment. All rooms have their own ensuite bathroom, ocean views, closets and the 2 upstairs bedrooms have a shared patio.
Rates- (Daily cleaning included)

- 2020 Rates: $308/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 4 night minimum
- October –$258/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 3 night minimum
- Thanksgiving 2020 – $354/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 6 night minimum
- Holidays (Easter, Christmas and New Years) – $400/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 7 night minimum
***The standard payment processing fees for a guest using a US PayPal account (3%) is included in our rental rates above. On the online booking form you will see it broken down as our base rate plus the 3% service fee (which is the payment processing fee). Please note that if you will be paying through a non US PayPal account we ask that you pay the additional transaction fees associated in cash upon arrival. They will likely be around 2% of the rental fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period will be fully refunded less a $200 administration fee. Cancellations made thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period forfeit 20% of the Deposit plus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations thirty (30) days or less from the beginning of the rental period forfeit all of the deposit. For any cancellation, if Iguana Surf Rentals is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee then the deposit will be fully refunded less a $200 administrative fee.
