La Vista Eco-community – Houses and Lots

La Vista is an Eco-Community located just outside the 2nd gate of Hacienda Iguana. This community has both ocean view lots and jungle lots and is just a 15-20 minute walk or 5-10 minute bike ride to the beach..  The HOA fee is $800/year for an empty lot and $1200/year for a house.  House owners have a corporate membership to Hacienda Iguana and therefore can use their amenities and beach club but this accessibility is not extended to renters.
