The home features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and closet. Two luxurious master suites occupy the entire top floor, offering unobstructed ocean views, a shared private patio, and an exceptional sense of privacy. Each master suite features a fixed king bed, while one also includes a twin-size daybed that can comfortably accommodate a child.
The remaining four bedrooms are arranged around the home’s private courtyard pool and are all designed with the same comfortable layout. Two bedrooms feature fixed king beds, while the other two offer flexible sleeping arrangements with two extra large twin beds that can also be joined together to create a comfortable king-size bed.
Downstairs, expansive living spaces open toward the ocean and the home’s large beachfront pool. A generous lawn stretches between the pool and the beach, creating an ideal setting for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a cocktail, or watching the surf. The large pool has 4 in pool loungers, while the pool itself offers incredible views directly toward the Colorados break.
The home’s outdoor entertaining spaces are equally impressive. A large downstairs patio includes a BBQ, making it perfect for relaxed meals and gatherings with family and friends. Upstairs, just outside the master suites, an additional drink bar features a beverage refrigerator and sink — an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the ocean views.
The spacious kitchen is designed for entertaining and extended stays, with two full-size refrigerators, two kitchen sinks with faucets, two large ice makers, reverse osmosis water filter and a dishwasher.
