Description- This condo is on the 4th floor of the Rio Dulce condo building, it is a 2 story penthouse that has a/c in all rooms, DVD player, wireless internet, a pool table and a back-up generator for the building.

Sleeping Arrangements- This unit can sleep up to 8 people with a master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom on the lower floor. Also on the lower floor is another bedroom with 2 twin beds, with a guest bathroom right across from it. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with a king bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds that each share a jack and jill style bathroom.

Rates- (Includes cleaning every other day)

Low Season – October to February: $139/night for 1-2 people and $15/night for each additional person (up to 8 people) – 2 night minimum
High Season – March to September: $158/night for 1-2 people and $15/night for each additional person (up to 8 people) – 3 night minimum
Thanksgiving Week 2019 – (Nov. 23-Dec. 1):$185/night for 1-2 people and $15/night for each additional person (up to 8 people) – 5 night minimum
Holidays – Christmas, New Years (Dec. 23-Jan. 2) and Easter/Semana Santa: $237/night for 1-2 people and $15/night for each additional person (up to 8 people) – 5 night minimum
*book 10 nights and get the 10th night free

Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).

***The standard payment processing fees for a guest using a US PayPal account (3%) is included in our rental rates above. On the online booking form you will see it broken down as our base rate plus the 3% service fee (which is the payment processing fee). Please note that if you will be paying through a non US PayPal account we ask that you pay the additional transaction fees associated in cash upon arrival. They will likely be around 2% of the rental fee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period will be fully refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period forfeit 20% of the Deposit plus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations thirty (30) days or less from the beginning of the rental period forfeit all of the deposit. For any cancellation, if Iguana Surf Rentals is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee then the deposit will be fully refunded less a $50 administrative fee.
