Hacienda Villas Condos – Beachfront

The Hacienda Villas condos are located on the north end of the beach in Iguana.  The complex consists of five separate buildings, each with 4 units.  All the units face the ocean and have full ocean views.  The complex has it’s own private beachfront pool. The Hacienda Villas condos are only a 5 minute walk to Panga Drops and about a 10-15 minute walk to Colorados Beach Break.

Our management company no longer manages any Villas condos but we work directly with all of the rental managers that do manage these units.  From an outsider perspective it can be daunting as there are 5 different management companies that each manage some of the 20 Villas units.  Please feel free to contact us and let us know you would like the Villas condos, how many bedrooms you prefer, ideal sleeping arrangements, preferred floor (ground or 2nd floor) and any other specifications and we would be happy to put you in contact with the right person to get exactly what you are looking for.
