Sleeping Arrangements- This unit sleeps up to 4 people with 2 twins in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. One set of beds can be combined to make a king.

Rates- (Includes cleaning every 3^rd or 4^th day)

• November-September: $130/night for 1-2 people, $150/night for 3-4 people
• October (rainy season): $110/night for 1-2 people. $130/night for 3-4 people
• Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter): $230/night, 5 night minimum

*7^th night free for rentals from October to March (excluding holidays) and 10^th night free for rentals from April to September

Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).

Amenities- This condo has a/c in all rooms, SKY TV,  DVD player,  a back-up battery system in case of power outages and wireless internet.
