Wave Garden

The Wave Garden is a gorgeous, beachfront house located on Playa Iguana right on Colorados surf break.  The house is the largest in Iguana with 6 bedrooms (each with it’s own ensuite bathroom) and has a killer pool right on the beach as well as a dipping pool in the courtyard.  The 2 large upstairs master bedrooms each have a king bed and share a 2nd floor balcony.  There are 4 bedrooms located downstairs around the courtyard dipping pool.  Two of these bedrooms have queen beds and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds.  The house is tastefully decorated with custom made hardwood furniture, beautiful tiles and local art.  The house is set back just a bit from the other houses offering much more privacy than the other beachfront houses. There is also a private dipping pool in the courtyard, a/c units in each room, an open floor plan for the kitchen and living area, as well as plenty of area to sit, relax and watch the surf.  The house is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a/c in each bedroom, wifi internet, sky tv, a back up generator in case of  power outages and a BBQ area.  The house also has 2 employees who are there to make your stay more comfortable, a full time housekeeper and a pool cleaner/gardener.

Rates– (Daily cleaning included)

• • Surf Season 2020 – March through September: $479/night for up to 4p and $31/night for each additional person, 5 night minimum
  • Low Season – October 2020 to February 2021 – $428/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 4 night minimum
  • Thanksgiving 2020: $551/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 7 night minimum
  • Holidays (Easter, Christmas and New Years: $618/night for up to 4 people and $31/night for each additional person, 7 night minimum

• • MONTHLY RATE: $5,000/month plus electric and internet – available for June and July 2020

Rates include 15% IVA (Nicaraguan Sales Tax).

***The standard payment processing fees for a guest using a US PayPal account (3%) is included in our rental rates above. On the online booking form you will see it broken down as our base rate plus the 3% service fee (which is the payment processing fee).  Please note that if you will be paying through a non US PayPal account we ask that you pay the additional transaction fees associated in cash upon arrival. They will likely be around 2% of the rental fee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period will be fully refunded less a $200 administration fee. Cancellations made thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period forfeit 20% of the Deposit plus a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations thirty (30) days or less from the beginning of the rental period forfeit all of the deposit. For any cancellation, if Iguana Surf Rentals is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee then the deposit will be fully refunded less a $200 administrative fee.
