Equipment Rental Agreement
The following equipment rental agreement is made between Iguana Surf Rentals, located in Hacienda
Iguana, Tola Rivas Nicaragua, referred to hereafter as “ISR,” and the party listed below, referred to
hereafter as “Renter.”

Renter hereby agrees to the following:
- The above information is correct.
- Pay the total rental fee in advance of delivery. ISR will provide payment options.
- Inspect the equipment within 30 minutes of arrival at Iguana, or the arrival of the equipment to
the home/condo, whichever is later, and notify ISR if any of the equipment appears to be
broken, malfunctioning, missing, or otherwise unsafe. Renter shall not be responsible for
issues reported within this 30-minute window. - Not allow anyone with a pacemaker, other battery-operated implant, deep vein thrombosis, or
someone taking immune suppressant medications, to use the Bemer. - Always cover all Bemer Applicators with a sheet or towel. The signal will transmit through this.
- Store and keep the equipment at the home/condo listed above without removal at any time for
any reason. - Not place the Bemer on animals, nor allow animals on any of the applicators. Bemer does
have a separate equine package if you are interested in helping your horse. Contact ISR, who
will put you in touch with our Bemer Distributor. - Not have food or drink anywhere near any of the equipment.
- Drink 8 oz of water both before and after each Bemer session to help flush out the toxins
removed from the blood. - Ensure that all body parts that come in contact with the equipment are free from any lotions,
oils, bug sprays, sweat, sand, or water. Users should shower and dry completely before using
the Bemer. - Only use the equipment indoors. Outdoor use is strictly prohibited.
- Remove the wireless USB transmitter from their personal computer and place it back inside
the wireless mouse battery compartment, at conclusion of tech package rental. - Return all charging cables to their original delivery bags.
- Properly maintain and care for the equipment’s protection.
- Not make any modifications, repairs, or software configuration changes to any of the
equipment. - Lock all doors to their house/condo when leaving.
- Not lend any of the equipment to any other individual outside of the home/condo listed above.
Other people staying at the same home/condo may use the equipment in this location. - Acknowledge that they are taking possession of, and will use the equipment, “as is” with all
faults and risks, and that there is no warranty that the device will be fit for a particular purpose.
Renter acknowledges that they assume all risks associated with this equipment rental. - Acknowledge that they will be charged the replacement cost for any lost, damaged, stolen, or
accidentally taken home piece of equipment, in addition to a reasonable lost revenue amount,
until the equipment can be replaced in Hacienda Iguana. All efforts will be made to replace the
equipment as soon as possible for the least cost possible. - Acknowledge that payment for both the initial rental and any post rental charges will be due
immediately, and not from an insurance company. Renter is encouraged to obtain adequate
travelers liability insurance to receive re-imbursement for possible, but not probable, charges
associated with Item 19, but all payments must come directly from renter immediately. - Hereby releases, discharges, indemnifies, and agrees not to pursue legal action against ISR,
Digital Integrity, Inc., the owner of the equipment, Bemer Group USA, the manufacturer of the
Bemer, jointly referred to as the “Releasees,” or any of the Releasees’ officers, directors,
agents, employees or insurers on account of any injury, loss, damage, or physical harm,
including death, caused, or alleged to be caused, by the equipment, whether such injury or
loss was caused, or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part by the negligence of the
Releasees.
RENTER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND AGREES TO EVERYTHING
LISTED ABOVE. BY SIGNING BELOW, RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THIS WAIVER, RELEASE OF
LIABILITY OF RELEASEES, AND FINANCIAL LIABILITY UPON RENTER.
