Iguana Beach Club

The Iguana Community Beach Club is located on the south end of Iguana beach with views out to Colorados surf break. The beach club has a pool, sun bathing area, bar, hammock area, volleyball net, slack line and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

Community Center and Amenities

The Iguana Community Center is a large palapa located on the golf course near the end of the 2nd hole.  This palapa can be rented for any type of large function, meeting, class or get together.  It is equipped with lighting, picnic benches, parking area and bathrooms. Surrounding the Community Center you will find a cement pad for skating or biking (with a few rails and ramps), 2 lighted pickleball courts, driving range and a small playground.
