Cancellations made thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the rental period forfeit 25% of the 50% Deposit plus a $50 administrative fee and any payment processing fees. Cancellations thirty (30) days or less from the beginning of the rental period forfeit all of the 50% deposit. For any cancellation, if Iguana Surf Rentals is able to rent the property for the same dates and fee then the deposit will be fully refunded less a $50 administrative fee and any payment processing fees.
