Hacienda Colorado is an exquisite property situated right on the beach in Hacienda Iguana, offering unparralleled views of the world-renowned surf break, Colorados. The property is conveniently located just a short 15-minute walk from the Panga Drops surf break and a mere 50 yards (1-minute walk) from the community beach club, pool, restaurant, and bar. Hacienda Colorado boasts a spacious layout with ample outdoor patio areas on both the upper and lower levels, in addition to a stunning beachfront pool that provides direct views of the Colorados surf break.

The expansive master suite is located on the 2nd floor and comes furnished with a king-size bed, a twin bed, two recliners, and a large office desk. There are two additional ocean-view guest suites on the 1st floor, each featuring a king-size bed and a twin bed, as well as a fourth guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds. With air conditioning throughout the house, including the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room, you’ll stay cool and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, there is high-speed dependable internet throughout the house powered by Starlink.  The Living room area boasts a Smart TV and Upstairs tv is powered by an Amazon Firestick.  In the event of power outages, there is a backup generator to power lights and fans. The kitchen stove is propane and there is also a propane BBQ grill.

You’ll also be well taken care of by the three employees of the house, including a full-time housekeeper, a night guard, and a pool cleaner/gardener. Ideal for one or two families, three couples, or six to eight surfers, Hacienda Colorado is the perfect place for a sensational beach getaway.
