Pasatiempo

Pasatiempo is a recently renovated and modernized house located directly on Colorado’s surf break, next door to the Iguana Beach Club and just a 15-minute walk from Panga Drops surf break. This spacious and stunning house features four bedrooms in the main house and an optional casita that can be added to the reservation, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with two twin beds that can be combined into a king-sized bed with a plush mattress topper, as well as its own private bathroom, closet, safe, and AC. Two of the bedrooms are situated on each side of the living area with private entrances, direct ocean views, and private patios that connect with the main front patio. The other two bedrooms are satellite rooms located just a few feet from the living area, offering partial ocean views.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the world-class wave from the house’s expansive patio, featuring ample outdoor furniture, a refreshing pool, and an atmosphere of tranquility. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room, 100 mbps fiber-optic internet, and an automatic backup generator that turns on during power outages and provides electricity to the entire house.

To make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, the property has a full-time housekeeper, a night guard, and a pool cleaner/gardener who work daily on the premises.

Low Season (December, January, February and October): $650/night for up to 4p and $50/night for each additional person ($25/night for each child under 12 years old), 5 night minimum
High Season (March through September and November): $700/night for up to 4p and $50/night for each additional person ($25/night for each child under 12 years old), 5 night minimum
Thanksgiving Week: $750/night for up to 4 people and $50/night for each additional person ($25/night for each child under 12 years old), 6 night minimum
Holidays (Easter Week, Christmas and New Years): $850/night for up to 4 people and $50/night for each additional person ($25/night for each child under 12 years old), 7 night minimum
CASITA: $130/night for up to 2 people (All year except holidays)
CASITA HOLIDAY: $160/night for up to 2 people
